Mojo Monday 148

Happy Monday everyone.   I hope you had a great weekend.  I was eager to get started on this Monday's Mojo because I knew which stamp I wanted to use.  However....... and there is usually a however.  The stamp I used is too big for the sketch, so I had to leave out a couple of layers.  And that is so not like me. I love my layers!  Plus, this didn't turn out like I thought it would.  Yes, it is one of those.  It looked better in my head.  Oh well.  Here it is: (Click on any image to see it larger.)
Here is the recipe:  (All items Stampin' Up)
              Stamps:   Happiness Shared
Paper:     Old Olive, Early Espresso, River Rock
Ink:         Early Espresso, SU Markers:  Old Olive, Blush Blossom
Other:     Vintage Wallpaper EF, Gold Embossing Powder,
                              Versamark,  Old Olive Satin Ribbon
I embossed the flower in gold embossing powder and cut it out.  I actually made two of them and stacked them on top of each other with dimensionals.
I colored the flower with Stampin' Markers Old Olive, Blush Blossom, and Early Espresso. Here is a close up:
It looks so much better in person.  Oh well.  This is going to be one of those cards.  I really, really like this stamp set and am trying different ways to use it.  You got to try, right?

I think I will have to attempt this sketch again using a smaller focal piece so I can get all those layers in!

I hope everyone has a wonderful week!

Blessings,
Terri
